I can't speak for Devils creek or Crowther, but Deep Creek is for sure closed to any type of water craft. I heard the news weeks ago and this last week my old man stopped by the watercraft check station as you head up towards Malad. They informed him that Deep creek is the main drinking water supply for Malad and they just can't afford to have that mussel get into that lake.
With that being said, Daniels is for sure is not closed and I would assume the same thing for Devils Creek.
Best of luck and hopefully this isn't a permanent thing; I would say Deep Creek is my top 3 best places to fish.
