If you do not have a motor on it (inflatable toon) I believe you do not have to have it checked. I emailed them last week about my float tubes and they said since I did not have a motor on them I did not have to be inspected. I emailed this person to ask Beth Bear, AIS Coordinator beth.bear@wyo.gov
