I was there with a buddy on the 16th and 17th and we only hooked one fish. I was using a scud and chironomid under an indicator in 13' of water when I got the take. We had talked to a guy the night before and he opened one of the trouts stomachs and found it just stuffed full of scuds, so maybe start there for patterns.
I talked to a guy I work with and he is good friends with the camp host at one of the docks who has been there for 20 years or so. The camp host was saying that Idaho fish and game has reduced the stocking for the last three years on Henry's and Island park by 50% to cut costs.
We talked to several other fisherman and fly shops and no one has been catching fish. I hope you fair better.
