Fished alone tonight. Went to the nuke plant, fished the point, grass and drop into twenty feet. Not a sniff. Pitched a crankbait, shakey, jig and a worm. Ran across to Orr slough, fished the grass, and laydowns. Nothing. Got caught in the rain, poured for about fifteen minutes. Fished a little more, and decided with the thunder and lightening to head back to CFP. Finally went shallow, a foot or two, with a SB, and caught my only keeper, at 1:30 am. The fish was in 1- 1.5 fow, thought at first I just hung grass till it jumped. Congrats to Derek and Chase on the win, Leonard on big LM. Thanks to the committee, another well run tx.
