Yup it's kind of expensive to rearm those things. You're probably already doing it, but I'd be interested to see your write up of how to refresh an inflatable life jacket after deployed. I've never thought of how you get the air out and stuff them all back together. Let alone put the cartridge back in. Hope mine will work when and if it's ever needed.

So is the new ride not as comfortable as your old one? I got an ODC tube for my back country ventures and it was pretty nice, but the seat does sag a bit under me. I heard a PVC frame will fix that, but I don't want any extra weight to carry. Well got to run, but glad you're ok. Later J
