Oh yeah, I did hear about that pass, thanks for reminding me. The problem was that I didn't qualify for it because the regulation said you had to be blind or in a wheel chair or something like that to qualify. Maybe it was different years ago, I've only been here for 3...

Yes, the new pass has fewer restrictions on who can qualify for it, but I wonder why they require you to renew it every year? Might be due to changes in their condition that may affect their rating schedule. I like the fact that the Fun Tags never expire, but they also required the person possessing it to have a permanent disabling condition.
