FishingLunatic, your post makes no mentions of PCBs in the flesh of the fish, which really are the main concern with eating fish in UL. Depending on the species, the levels of PCBs in the meat of the fish is well below the FDA standards but if someone is going to make a point of eating fish from the lake as a main staple of their diet they should probably educate themselves on the PCB studies and advisories pertaining to UL.
