Thats an interesting statement and I've seen kokes do that before. Why do you think they were not actively feeding? I've always thought it was because they were smaller fish, like 3 or 4" kokes. Do you think its just because they are not hungry?[/quote]
At Ririe those are first year Kokes. You can pick up a few larger ones by dropping your jig to the bottom of the school as the smaller fish generally have a few larger ones protecting the belly of the herd.
