With all the difficulty and opposition the DWR had in poisoning Boulder Creek, I doubt the use of rotenone in Moosman is much of an option. I think they are looking for solutions outside of that box...and, personally, I don't want brook trout in Mossman. I enjoyed it much more as a trophy cutthroat lake.
