[pirate] I THINK THAT ssor IS RIGHT, YOU WERE WAY TOO EASY ON THEM. IF THAT WERE ME, I'D HAVE THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU CLINGING TIGHTLY TO THEM. SOMETHING SIMILAR HAPPENED TO ME WITH USCELLULAR. WHEN I WENT TO CANCEL MY SERVICE WITH THEM THEY ASKED ME WHY AND I GAVE IT TO THEM. EVEN WHEN I FISRT GOT SERVICE WITH THEM I HAD BIG PROBLEMS. THEY MESSED UP MY BILLING AND OVERCHARGED ME, BUT WITH NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND TRYING TO GET THROUGH FINALLY GOT THEM TO FIX IT AFTER 6 MONTHS. AFTER THAT I THOUGHT I HAD GOOD SERVICE, UNTIL I STARTED HAVING MANY DROPPED CALLS! WHAT NEXT??! FINALLY AFTER RESEARCHING OTHER WIRELESS SERVICES I FOUND A SERVICE THAT PROVIDED MORE MINUTES AND LARGER AREA FOR MY MONEY, AND ALSO LOTS OF FREE MINUTES ON THE WEEKENDS WHEN I MAKE MOST OF MY CALLS.

THE SERVICE THAT I CURRENTLY HOLD IS WITH VERIZON WIRELESS. EVENTHOUGH I HAVE HAD A COUPLE OF DROPPED CALLS I AM SATISFIED OVERALL WITH THEIR SERVICE. IF I WAS A SERVICE PROVIDER LIKE WHAT YOU HAD, I THINK I'D WANT TO SATISFY EVERY CUSTOMER THAT I COULD. WHAT I DO WHEN I AM TREATED LIKE THAT I KINDLY INFORM THE REP THAT HE WILL NOT GET PAID HIS COMMISSION AND I WILL ALSO TELL EVERYONE THAT I KNOW THAT IS LOOKING FOR SERVICE NOT TO GO THERE. THAT'S ONE WAY TO HURT 'EM IS IN THEIR POCKETBOOKS!!!
