You can get the forms off the net, (links provided at the bottom in .pdf format) and mail them in. You will need to fill out 2 forms; FCC Form 159 (remittance form) and FCC Form 605 (operators license). The FCC also has a web site called the Universal Licenseing System (ULS) that you can go to and register right on line. I have tried to use ULS every year (I have a FCC General Radiotelephone Operators License with Radar endorsement) to renew since 99. It has never worked right and I always end up mailing it in. It takes 3 - 6 weeks to get your license with your call sign back from the FCC via mail. Good Luck and enjoy your radios.
