Just some info for you. We used to catch some big catfish out of dog creek. 3to9 pounds. Then it got to where you couldn't catch anything over about a pound. you can get all of that idaho power reports on catfish directly from idaho power. I have done that in the past, they even sent me pictures and loop net results. I have caught hundreds of catfish at milner from little tiny ones up to around 12 pounds. they can be caughtt from walcott damn all the way to milner dam. One place that I have not fished but it looks awesome is right below walcott dam. Couple of buddies drifted it yesterday for trout, the first fish they caught was a two pound cat. Ned that owns the boat shop over there says they catch lots right there at his marina.
