American Falls Smallmouth

Just wondering if this is a decent option to chase some smallmouth?

I've fished it three times and never caught a small mouth. The river below the dam has yielded a few. I even caught a three pounder at Massacre Rock. Wish you the best.

I'm about to post a report from last week (slow to get to it) for a little further down stream below Walcott Res. Had good luck there for bass.
