it's official!! boat for sale
#1
I have had it with fishing this summer, my boat has to be broken and now its for sale. I have fished Strawberry 7 or 8 times since the end of June and have been skunked on half of those trips including the DAV event. I am lucky if I can put a couple of cutt's in the boat, last year I was not only able to catch the kokes during the summer but get mad at having to bring in another cutt.. I hit Starvation a couple weeks back and could not catch a walleye bigger than 8", we only put 4 small ones in the boat. I spent Sunday and Monday last week up at the Gorge and was skunked on Sunday and managed 1 little 10" koke for the day on Monday (labor day). Pretty frustrating when you can't even catch a lil laker pup. We hit Willard today and washed a few worms and lures with out even a bump. Yes my boat has to be broken, why else can't I catch a fish. I am headed to Powell in a couple of weeks with high hopes of better fishing. P.S. Boat is a Lund tyee for sale on KSL.

Poor man, but how much will it cost to fix? ROFLOL

It might just not be worth what you are asking for it.[sly]

Better luck at Powell.

I have a confirmed fish getter I will trade you for it, I've caught enough fish in my life, your boat sounds perfect for me.

I've had my Lund since 1999 and I've caught lots of fish. I suggest you check the nut that holds the steering wheel. [Tongue]

I suggest you invite Ktrout (aka Kory) to go fishing with you on your boat. If he can't catch lots of fish then definitely sell your boat. That youngster is the luckiest (can't bring myself to call him skilled) angler I have ever met.

I checked the nut and its tight but I did notice a few screws were loose as well. The one thing that has me concerned is the short between the earlobes, shorts are always a pain to fix.[Tongue]

Have your boat blessed by a Hawaian priest it worked for me. This is no joke I am very serious about this. I bought my boat in Hawaii . Went out fishing several times and caught nothing. My Hawian friend kept telling me to get my boat blessed. I finaly broke down and agreed to do it . My friend made the arangemnts and the priest came aboard and gave the boat a blessing with tea leaves and sprinkeled Hawaian salt around the boat into the water. We then got underway and had the best day of catching, filled the fish box full and have been catching fish ever since. I live here now but I still have the boat. Island 20, wave if you see me on the water.
