Hyrum Lake Report

Spent a couple of days camped at Hyrum. Arrived Thur afternoon and set up the boat. The wind picked up and I decided to stay off the lake. Fished from shore, but it was too windy. Went out Friday, late morning and fished until about 1 pm, trolling a nightcrawler behind the boat.

Caught two nice ones between noon and 1 pm. Repeated that on Saturday and caught one more. I had several get off, including one that just plain out broke my line.

It was a good trip.

Nice sized fish, thanks for a great report. I think I've got most of my chores out of the way so maybe I can try it next week unless I decide to chase deer instead. Thanks for posting. J

Made it out to hyrum Thursday night trolled 2 hours caught 3 small planters, talked to some other boats they had only 1 Fish for the day! It's been really slow this place is usually my favorite place this time of year!
