I went out this morning to Provo Boat harbor. 1st cast caught an 11 in white bass, thought things might be fun. Wrong!!! That whitie was the only one around. I switched to crappie jigs and managed a couple 10 in crappie. Last fish was a big carp that took my little 1/16th ounce jig FUN FUN FUN. Slow day but still helped the cabin fever. There is still no sign of any dredging equipment or coffer damn so not sure its gonna happen this fall. The water appears to still be dropping, its down at least 6" since my last trip.

A couple of 10" crappie sounds good Brent, were you tipping your jigs with anything? Too bad they still haven't gotten around to the dredging.

I wasnt tipping the jig. Maybe I should have. They were nice crappie and the one lonely white bass fas bigger than a lot I catch. Was still pretty slow between fish.

Not sure if using bait would have helped with the crappie, it can at times but I've always done better for the white bass(WB) with a piece of worm.
