Hit Echo again on the kayak after a two week break. 13-15 inchers still hitting it hard up by the dam. Most were with small silver Jake's, one on pink power bait from a bobber.

Thanks for the report, how bigs do the waves have to be before you decide that's too much, for your kayak? Glad the fish wanted to play that day, it always makes a trip like that more fun.

So has the state taken over Echo now ?? I know they were going to, but unsure of when that was to occur ! Thanks in advance .

The last I heard they were planning on opening up the ramp this Spring but it will take several years to make it into a full blown state park with all the camping spots. Since Spring is here, they must be thinking, toward the end of Spring[].
