Fishing Report Perdido Key 11/28/18-12/05/18

The fishing in Perdido right now is one word awesome! For the inshore fishing charters in Perdido we are seeing lots of redfish and lots of trout. These fish are in their wintertime pattern and Carolina rigs with either live or fresh dead bait seem to be the ticket for success. Bait of choice has been mullet or shrimp. For deep sea fishing charters, we are seeing a lot of vermillion snapper when the weather allows us to get out there. These fish are eating squid and cut bait. Also the amberjacks are still around and they can be had using live bait such as a grunt. For the future forecast we are hoping that the fish continue to cooperate and the reds and trout remain persistent. Be sure to check back in for more fishing reports!
