Mantua ice thickness?

Has anyone been to Mantua in the last couple of days or is any going before Friday that could give an ice thickness update. I'm not what you would call a small guy so I don't want to head that way unless there is some good ice that I could access.

I was there on Sunday and the ice was 3". Nobody went out past a certain point, as the middle looked not safe at all.

I've been keeping track of ice reports and have a general idea of what went on last week. The ice was 3" at it's thickest and some people fell through and had to be rescued. It was marginal for even the most intrepid anglers. My brother and I are headed out Saturday and we aren't even considering Mantua at this time. We are sure that Huntington and Scofield are fine so we'll go to one of them. I realize that you want to hear from somebody who has been to Mantua lately and I hope you do get a report, but I wouldn't want to drive all that way just to find out that it is too sketchy to trust.

Yeah I have been reading the reports from the last few days I was just seeing if I could get the most recent thickness I could so I don't take a half day tomorrow to find that the ice is bad

Went Monday night ice was 4” going back up Saturday hopefully it’s gotten thicker with this cold weather.

I ended up getting on Mantua today 4 good inches only fished from 3-5 it was slow with a lot of really really light bites

I guess since the South road is closed you fish somewhere along the West dike? How was the parking?

I was over by the west dike but people were scattered along the shore about 50-100 yards off. Parking seemed to be ok but I had never been there before so I don't know what it's usually like.
