Buckboard burbot bash - lost ice chest

We got off the ice about 11:30pm last night and got to the truck to see the cooler was missing. Went right back out and retraced our steps with 4 people from our group, no ice chest. Someone grabbed it. Don't care about the cooler except it had my aquaview ice camera and my hand forged custom knife with a blue G10 custom handle which has a lot of sentimental value. If you know anyone who grabbed it please let me know.

That sucks there was open water only a few yards away from that spot. At least the recovery will be easy. Hope you find your cooler mainly the knife and aqua view.

That was at the bottom of the boat ramp. Sucks fir whomever it belongs to. I've never seen anything like that before.

Do you think someone cut a tiger trap and let it refreeze? Sounds like a spot with lots of traffic so it’s surprising it was that thin there. Makes me sick to see that happened. Ouch. Later J
