Big Rainbow from Rockport

I took the kids fishing at Rockport Sunday afternoon. We only caught 3 Rainbows. Two were small but the third was very impressive for any reservoir. My son caught it and it measured in at 23” and weighed in just a touch over 4 1/2 lbs. The lake still has a few ice floats but should be ok for boats shortly.

Nicely done....that's a one big trout!....any watercraft on the water at all?

There was one float tube but no boats.
