Gorge 6/22 - 6/23

Fished tge ranch house area and pipleline area this weekend for kokanee. Slower then usual for us. Depth was nowhere near consostent this week as were lure choices. Caught majority on pop gear and squids. Limited action on downriggers. Downriggers were getting fish at 25-50' nothing consistent. Weather was bipolar all day Saturday. Hailed about dime size hail and maybe put down an inch or two within 5-10 minutes.. Ground looked like it had snowed. Wind wind and did I say wind??? Beautiful day today but very limited fish. Saw lots of boats and very few fish being caught.

we did bad yesterday and it was super hard going out in the rain , but today sunday we did fantastic for kokes near the state line .

Wow that's pretty cool looking for summer time to see the ground covered with white... At least your report makes me not feel quite so bad that I couldn't go fishing... I hate wind... Thanks for the report... Jeff
