You can rate a post by clicking on the box with a thumbs-up icon and the word Rate at the bottom left of the post. You could give a positive for the ones you find helpful and informative, etc. Negatives should probably be given for the most egregious posts that are mean, nasty, insulting or otherwise seriously offensive. That's just my thought. I try to accentuate the positive. I don't think it should be used if you simply disagree with the poster.
