Caught this bad boy at Utah Lake.  I measured it at 30.5 but I will defer to the judges.

Dang that is a toad way to go, the tape measure confuses things and your card blocks a measurement off the bump board which I like a lot. (The bump board) Anyway I think with a better picture it would have been 31, but I can only see the 30.5 you requested. Put the tape on the board alone and post a picture so I can certify that board. Then you won't have to worry about a tape any more.

Thanks.  I struggle with the picture part.  The board is one I got from a kayak tournament and it usually is big enough for me but is only 30" this fish streched about a half an inch past the board and I only had that crappy little tape measure with me.  I need to build one of those fancy bump boards some of these other guys have.  It was definitely a fun fish, just happy to final bust the 30" mark.

Wow that's a great fish, congrats. We only score half inch increments and I wish your board was a little longer. I can't see it cross the 30.5 so I guess 30 is all I can give you but it's close to the next half inch. Great job.
