Fireworks and Fishing combined - Locations?

First choice: Does anyone know where I can combine fishing with a good view of fireworks?
Second choice: I can skip fishing and focus on the best place to watch fireworks.  Is there going to be a large fireworks display somewhere? 
Third choice: I might just drive around my Sandy, Utah area and stop to watch fireworks wherever I see them.
Who else is wanting to see fireworks?

I'm not sure if they still do it but Starvation use to have a great fireworks show over the water, we have seen it from our campsite and really enjoyed it.
