Good hike with bonus birds

We ran into a few flocks of dusky grouse up deer hunting a week ago Saturday.  So I decided to hike back up into the area on Saturday morning to see if I could find a few.  Well the hike was great, although pretty steep, and I hiked way too far like I always do.  I didn't find the numbers of dusky's, but did jump a couple. I found a ruff as well that came home with me.  Ended up making fajitas with them. It has been several years since I have hunted them.  Pretty tasty.

Great job. I saw low numbers of grouse on the bowhunts, so I haven't tried for them this year.
