Anyone know when would be a good time to go check? I was thinking of targeting some muskie. Kinda thought I would check end of this month.

It depends on weather and snow. The road in there may not even be open by the end of this month. I would say you are a bit too early. My suggestion would be to wait until May at the earliest.
