Bear Lake Question
#1
Has anyone heard how much snow Bear Lake has received, thus far, from this storm?

I know the roads are closed from Evanston and Kemmerer to the lake.

It is probably 4 to 8 inches of snow that will blow around to where it finds a place to stop.

Thanks.  With that road being closed (the way I prefer to go) it doesn't sound good.  I have pulled my sled through substantial new slow before and hope to never to that again.  It is already a long hike to the rockpile under ideal conditions.

I was driving into Randolph yesterday morning from Logan, it looked like it snowed quite substantially. I’d have to agree 4-8”, but the lake at 12:00 PM yesterday looked fairly clear of snow. This snowfall last night most likely changed that.

Kent,
I'm not sure what happened over the hill to the east, but we sure got pounded in Cache Valley. Got 8" last night, drifted over night and then has put down another 12" or so today, and it's still coming down... It's definitely not easy traveling off the plowed roads today... Benson being a small town still have not had our roads plowed since overnight and it's almost too deep for cars to travel the main roads now... We'll be happy to see the plows when they finally show up... Great day for 4 WD trucks... Later Jeff
When things get stressful think I'll go fish'en and worry about it tomorrow!

Yup, we're i similar situation here in south end of valley.  Kinda giving up on getting out on Hyrum or Mantua after I finish getting fully plowed out myself hopefully tomorrow.
