More open water photos

Most of the lake is now open, except for the area outside the North marina. We did not get over to the West side this time, so we can't confirm how open it is over there but we did make it over to Freeway bay, about 1/3 of it is open, this is a pic of the edge of the ice there.

I went for a shake down run this afternoon

Before we got off the water a little after 1:30 it was 40 degrees, it must have dropped after we left. Did you make it over to the light pole area?

Yes, if you click on the second picture you can see the light pole, the vast majority of the lake is open water.

That was why I ask, I saw the pole in that one pic, just wasn't sure if it was the same one. We looked with binoculars toward that area and it looked like there was still ice to the South, around the SW corner. Did you by chance get down to that area to see if that was true?
