At the current water level, there are more sandy beaches exposed for boat-in camping. The same drive-in camp sites are available, but you typically have a longer walk to the water.

I used to go to Fairley Canyon but I doubt a person would find many water left.. I drove down there last summer for a look see and man the place had changed (as far as water level). And the places we used to access near Bullfrog where completely closed to open camping. I just want to use a float tube and do a little camping this weekend.. If it wasnt going to be chilly at the Gorge I'd head in that direaction.. [signature] |
