I have a new ride other than my float tube now. I picked up a 12' aluminum boat with a trailer and nice trolling motor for only $250[cool]. I also already have a 3hp johnson to go with it. Will post pictures when I get them.

Yeah! Congrats on the boat! If I had the money I'd get myself a 14 footer with 3 seats and 6hp outboard. I bet you're gonna love the places you can reach now.

Speakin' of which. Did I tell ya what I did to my boat? I was trying to losen up the steering some and one of the cables snapped. Grrrr.
As soon as I get the cables replaced and the outboard running, I'll be ready to hit the water.

Yup! Part of my plan is to use the profit-sharing check from work in April to pay for boat repairs. I've also gotta make sure that the next seat I install, I don't use too long of screws and mount through the hull of the boat like the first pedestal I installed. [crazy][blush]

Marine Epoxy, love the stuff. The stuff I used says it will even cure under water. I'd had to try putting it on underwater though!
