Hopefully BLM will chime in on Hyrum, but on Monday when I drove past Echo, there was an area of open water on it.

I JUST TALKED TO FRIEND THAT HIT HYRUM YESTERDAY AFTERNOON DOWN BY THE DAM. HE CAUGHT 8 TROUT AND 10 PERCH. HOPEFULLY THE PERCH ARE GOING TO START COMING BACK AT HYRUM. THE LAST FEW YEARS HAVE BEEN PRETTY POOR.

[black]On Hyrum, last weekend, there was 5" of ice and it's been cold so I can't imagine it has degraded any. As for the fishing, from everyone one I've talked to that has come up by way of the swim beach (east side), the fishing has been off. [/black]
