pond trout and my boys

well around 3:30 today 2 of my boy's asked if i could take them fishing today.. so i got the poles and hit the doors running..lol it took a whole 3 min's to get to the pond.. thay started hitting them planters as soon as the power bait hit the water.. they cought about 5 fish each than said it was time to go home they were getting cold..

they had a great time catching them fish tho..

well it is a catch and take pond.. but there are some holdovers from last year in there that are about 2 to 2 1/2 lbs.. and thats not bad for the size of the pond..

it's a great place to take my boy's tho.. it's only min's away from the house so when they get tired of fishing it only a short drive..
and the fish are always ready to accomadate a would be fishermen with just about any bait or small trout lure they want to throw..

Well thats not too bad, i wish i had something like that closer to home so i can get my girlfriend into more fish, she is still just learning.

no it was parley's pond above Mt.Pleasant

the DWR have poisind raydanes pond about 2 weeks ago to get the perch and mudcats out! what some a-holes!!

Heck fuzzy that is right along with the thinking of the DWR, this is a trout only state, they forbid us who dont live near the big cities to fish for anything else.
