Strawberry ice ?
#1
I want to fish renegade on Saturday, I have a two-wheel drive 4-wheeler. Is it possible to get over there? If it is what’s the safest route to get over there? I've heard about a crack and some soft ice but just don't know where this is. Would it be possible/feasible to drive the road around? Any info would be appreciated thanks. How much snow is on the ice after that last storm.

BUT IT WAS FROZEN HARD SAT AND SUNDAY.. THE ONLY SPOT I SAW OF CONCERN WAS BY THE ISLAND JUST NORTHWEST OF THE OLD DAMN SITE ON YOUR WAY TO RENEGADE.. LOTS OF 4 WHEELERS OUT THERE ON SATURDAY.. I HOPE THIS HELPS.. I WILL ALSO BE OUT THAT WAY ON SATURDAY..[/red]

I went down that way on Friday and Saturday with no trouble at all. Just watch the pressure cracks.
We checked them and then went across with no problems.
Good luck.
