Lake Champlain

[][] Did a week on the Lake out of Crown Point on the southern end of the lake. Used the downriggers for only a few hours and picked up one speckled trout with three releases. Also pick up some nice jack perch right under the crown point bridge. Bass small and large were also active and hitting anything you threw at them. Those that were targeting bass were getting their limits. There is a good launch at the crown point camp grounds so access is fine. Short haul from the Capital district for a good day of fishing.

glad you could get out for a spell, this has been a dry year for me... the closest I have gotten to a puddle of water is when I pass the fishing rod parked becide the front door...
