Berry 10/20 High Winds and Lots of Fish

Managed to sneak away to the Berry on the 20th, been a little while since I fished (with MGB last time) as I passed final and moved into my new house. Water temp is down to about 46, and the wind howled from dawn until we quit around 11. Fishing was fast as we boated 64 - the vast majority on white tube jigs in about 18 feet of water. We couldn't use pointers with any effect because of the W, so we let a couple anchors drag while we jigged around on the south end. Fishing does not appear to have slowed any, at least last Friday. Hitting it again Wednesday and Friday this week.

Hey Piscispursuit, not a problem. I found enough to fill my boat also. I will be at the berry at 0630 in the morning. Sounds like you know were to locate the schools. Do you mind if I follow you a little? I could use the help on the lake. Call me if that wont be a problem. thanks
