THAT MEAT WOULD BE SPOILD EVEN WITH THAT SNOW AND COLD TEMPS. THE NECK HIDE ON A BIG BULL IS SO THICK THAT NO HEAT WILL ESCAPE AND WITH IN HRS STARTS TO SOUR.
