[font "Arial"][red][size 3]Fellow BFTer Trophyhunter407 and I decided we packed on too many pounds this past winter and decided to train and run for the SLC Half-Marathon. We are here to report we made all 13.1 miles without falling over dead! We both maintained 8 minute miles for the first 7 miles until I had some shoes and foot problems I had to attend to by stopping for a few minutes and TH407 continued. He finished the race in a nice 2hrs 4 minutes.. I finished in 2hrs 19 minutes. When the official time comes out, these times will likely drop by about 2 minutes due to not starting the race for a couple of minutes after it officially started.[/size][/red][/font]
