Just a general question for the fisherman & fisherladies?
The wife works at a place that deals with clients that fish. She tells them our storys of successful kokanee fishing at the Gorge.
Well these one clients really want to know every detail of my technique (depth, location, presentation, especially lures, etc.)
It has taken me many trips, many lures, new equipment, and mucho $$ to finally target the larger Kokanee with positive results.
I have to admit I have stumbled onto a technique that has been very productive and I have been paying my dues.
I have read many articles and surfed the internet researching for hours and hours. Of course I am learning more with every outing.
To my wife's credit she will only tell them what I send her in emails - which is what is posted on this forum and plus the BFT link.
Well these clients had a experienced kokanee fisherman take them out for 4 days last week and they only caught smaller kokanee. They had a good trip but didn't catch any 18" (+) fish.
So here's my question - What would you "charge/barter" these guys for your knowledge? What's my knowledge worth.
I am considering trading the info for a elk hunt - Sound Good?
