Yeah that can be a great spot. When I take my tube to willard I usually just hang out outside that bouy right there. Never have I struck it likt that though.

The wipers on Willard usually kill me (then the skeeters suck up whats left)? I have been out three times in the evening this summer and have never really gotten into them? Way to catch them! Hope to get out again soon!
