East Canyon Updates?
#1
Does anyone have any updates on the ice conditions for East Canyon? I'm trying to decide whether to go there or Mantua this weekend.

Thanks for the help.

Sorry about the late report. We were in that North West corner and everyone around us was catching fish every now and then but we didn't get anything more than a bite or two. Good luck.

We were up there yesterday too, in the northwest corner. Overall it was pretty slow until about 3:00, and then i started catching perch on a glow jig with no bait. Prior to that, I'd caught a small trout and a huge perch on a white swedish pimple tipped with a meal worm. According to the game warden fishing was slow with most.

Sorry for the confusion. We were both at Mantua on Saturday. Last I heard E. Canyon isn't fishable yet. Hopefully soon though.
