East Canyon Report 12/29/07

FISHED TAYLOR'S HOLLOW ON SATURDAY WITH MY BOY AND BROTHER IN LAW. ICE WAS A GOOD 4" FISHING WAS EXCELLENT. ICED ABOUT 25 FISH. FISHING 45' OF WATER, FISH ALL OVER THE WATER COLUMN. CAUGHT MOST OF THEM AT 15'. THE HIKE BACK TO THE TRUCK SUCKED. IT WAS VERY STEEP AND WINDY! HERE ARE SOME PICS OF THE DAY!! CAN'T WAIT TO USE THE MACHINES []

[#0000ff]I do have a concern. In counting the fish in picture #1, I see about 17 fish. You listed yourself, your son and your brother in law. Unless there was someone else in the group, that puts you a few fish over the limit...of 4 each. [/#0000ff]

there was a total of 5 of us in the group, i was there he just failed to mention that for some reason, just cause my angling skills were not honorable enough to mention.

I was also in the Taylor Hollow Area today with 2 others and we brought home what we wanted to eat. We Left at 1:00 and on the way out there was not a sole west of Taylor Hollow all the way to the dam.
Word of caution! On the way up we seen a couple of fellows that had pulled of the road to fish the first arm east of the boat ramp. The wind had drifted some of the snow up past the bottom of his doors. He had good fortune and made it out, but none of the parking areas were plowed when we left.

MY WIFE AND I WERE JUST TRYING TO HURRY AND DO A POST BECAUSE WE WERE ON OUR WAY OUT. I WAS TELLING HER QUICKLY WHAT TO TYPE WITHOUT REALLY PAYING ATTENTION AND FAILED TO PUT EVERYONE IN OUR GROUP. I JUST WANTED TO KEEP SOME FOR THE SMOKER AND I DIDN'T INCLUDE EVERY PIC OF EVERYONE IN THE GROUP. THERE WERE FIVE OF US TOTAL. I APOLOGIZE AND WILL PAY MORE ATTENTION TO WHAT I AM POSTING.
