Washington, Oregon fish and wildlife commissions meet Jan. 10

Salem, Ore.-Management of Columbia River salmon and sturgeon fisheries and predation by California sea lions will be the focus of a Jan. 10 joint meeting of the Washington and Oregon fish and wildlife commissions.

The meeting is scheduled to run from 1:00 p.m. through 4:00 p.m. at the Red Lion Hotel, 100 Columbia Street, Vancouver, Wash. and will be preceded by lunch at noon and followed by a dinner and reception at 6:00 p.m. No public testimony will be taken at the joint meeting.

Lunch is available for $15.00 per person including tax. Dinner is available for $22.00 per person including tax. Please notify the Washington Fish and Wildlife Commission office by January 3 if you wish to purchase a meal. Payment will be collected at the event. Contact Susan Yeager at (360) 902-2267.
