I have a hard copy print of a 14 inch crappie from holmes......it was during the spawn so the entire face is an awesome striking black. Caught it two years ago. Too bad it's a community pond now. I say keep the trout and catfish out and keep the pond on the downlow like it used to be. Trout and catfish attract too many people. Unfortunately fish at holmes don't have much girth to them.....my fish there usually don't.
