Tanners 1st LMB

Tanner and I went to Salem Pond today so he could catch Blue Gills and possible Bass. After catching several Blue Gills, and a couple of Bows,he latched on to his 1st Large Mouth![] It was 17 " and fat. He was the most excited, and happiest kid in Utah![inline "Tanner's LMB.jpg"]

Thanks for all the great coments. Tanner keeps a log & diary of his fishing adventures, we will make him a copy of this tread. He will keep it and treasure it for many years to come! Tanner has caught most types of fish in Utah, his next objective is a Northern Pike at Yuba. He has done good with his fly rod also. He releases A lot of fish, but this one is a special trophy. we took lots of pictures,but he wanted to show it to his family, and give all a taste of his Bass.
