Oh yes the sun was doing its thing, the morning temps was 35 at 7:00 and water was 50....
No wind for the first 5 1/2 hours and the fishing was great boated over 20 fish with 3 being chubs and the rest bass from 4.6 lb to 13" ...
Then a friend from Kamas showed up and we started looking for more bass, the wind made it hard to hold and fell the bites...
The wind stopped about 1:30 and we was on bass right of, by 2:45 we boated 19 bass and 5 chubs one that weighted 2.8 lb the biggest chub I have seen....
All the bass and chubs came on drop shot with gulp minnows in 10' to 30' of water, if we found the chubs we found the bass...
