I would go with Tennessee Shad, Brown Catfish, Bull Bream, or Rootbeer.

Check out the selection from Strike King. They have many other colors to choose from. Just try to stay with darker colors under the conditions that you described.[cool]

Darker colors in that condition and scent or noise is a good idea too.

Try what the others say, I hope it works out. If it doesn't grab that lure out of your tackle box that you never use because you never caught anything on it and chunk it out in the water. Ya' never know!
On a serious note, if you're fishing plastics try some rattles. My favorite are these, [url "http://www.coosatackle.com/site/Scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=586"]click here[/url] but they are pricey. Look around your local fishin' shop and you can probably find them cheaper. I like to use them in stickbaits and plastic worms, add a little smelly and fish on! Let us know how you do.
