Can anybody give some insight on the ice conditions at DCR. Especially concerning the durby this weekend and temps this week. Is it thawing in the days?

I didn't get over to Devils Creek, but I was at Glendale today and there was not much change. The next few nights are supposed to be in the single digits, which should easily counter act the warmer days.

Devil's or Glendale? No panfish, maybe 6 or 7 small bows and a 3lb largemouth. Pretty slow fishing.

I fished devils last weekend on Saturday. Ice was at least 8" where I fished with an insulating blanket of 4" of snow on top of that. I think the ice will be great for the derby this weekend. It looked like some of the edges were a little soft in spots but the area by the boat ramp was packed down by snowmobiles.
