Just got back from our Sturgeon trip with Thomason Outfitters. Those fish are everything they talk about! Two out of the three of us caught one.One was 5' 100 pounds, the other 6' 125-130 pounds. They put you in a Fighting chair, with the base of your pole in a gimbel, and you need it!!One of the guys I was with said it took longer to land that a sailfish. Now I see why old Doug gets so excited.WH2, are you out there?

I don't know if W2 is out there or not, but I am. Looks like we are going to go after them in July.

I'm glad to see your report Mike, what were you using for bait? Kent, Wiperslayer and I are going up to CJ Strike next month for sturgeon so any info you can give us will be helpful. WH2
