OK let me just say we had a blast today. We have been trying to catch some cats for the last week and haven't done very well, but today was a different story! We headed up to the RR bridge and started drifting. Troy got his first rod out and Bam! We managed 15 little kittens which was a blast since we hadn't caught but 1 or 2 in the last few trips.

We got a couple good humps that we found and started figuring out what needs to be done to catch em. On one of the spots we found was nice it went from 13 feet to 22 then back to 12, and soon as we got 2 of rods down to that depth Bam, and managed 2 nice ones at the same time. Troy's was around 6 or 7 pounds and mine was of course a little better at 10. emoLaugh

Anyway's the water was hardly moving this evening it took us three times as long to drift from the RR bridge to the Lupton City ramp as our last few trips. Which I thought was weird cause I thought the more current the better. We had purchased some chicken liver a few days ago and had a very nice funk.

Oh and Spur they where jumping in the boat to see the Sasquatch! emoCool
